How our Dustless Blaster works
The Dustless Blaster works by mixing water and glass inside the blast tank. By introducing water we’re drastically increasing mass and energy the machine is putting out, while eliminating dust. Once we have added the correct ratio of water and glass into our blast tank, we then close all the vents and put the safety lid on and pressurise. We regulate the pressure inside the tank through a regulating valve. This allows us to change the pressure from 30PSI to 120PSI. Now we are ready to blast. By pressing down the lever on the hose, releasing the safety dead man’s valve, this sends the water and glass mixed in the blast pot through the hose and allows us to blast.

Crushed Glass, also known as glass beads, is a wet blasting abrasive is made from 100% recycled glass. Crushed glass is a harmless abrasive that is recommended by professionals, to help you to produce the best possible project. Crushed Glass contains no heavy metals, no free silica, and is therefore great for blasting projects where it is impractical to recover lost or spilled spent abrasive.
Crushed glass offers significant cost savings over using sand or soda blasting. Dustless Blasting is able to remove corrosion and tougher coatings like sand blasting and can be as soft on materials as soda without a dust plume.
